They are renowned for their range of high quality, hand built, Classic Juke Boxes and are one of only two remaining businesses in the world who make these, and the only one currently manufacturing a vinyl playing juke box.
Selling their range of Juke Boxes globally, Sound Leisure proudly waves the Yorkshire flag worldwide.
The Yorkshire Society has been invited to visit the showroom and factory to see what goes on in front and behind the scenes; an exclusive opportunity.
You will be amazed to see, and hear, what skill and craftsmanship goes into the design and manufacture of these beautiful machines. It really is an opportunity not to be missed for anyone with an interest in music, specialist manufacturing or nostalgia.
The visit, which will take up to 2.5 hours, starts with refreshments of tea / coffee / biscuits then we will tour the factory to see the juke boxes being made. An interesting tour is guaranteed which, they hope, will have everyone smiling at the end.
Meet at Sound Leisure, Sandleas Way, Crossgates, Leeds, LS15 8AR in time for a prompt 2.00pm start.
The cost is £10 per person for Yorkshire Society members and £15 for supporters and non members.
Numbers are limited to 40 people so places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
