The wait is over and the people of Yorkshire have spoken.
The results of our ‘Big Yorkshire Conversation’ online survey are now available and they make interesting reading.
Our survey, done in collaboration with University of Hull, follows up on many of the issues raised at the ‘This is Yorkshire’ Conference, held earlier this year at the University.
The subsequent survey had over 4500 respondents making it the biggest and most statistically valid survey of the Yorkshire people – on what makes Yorkshire, Yorkshire, their views and opinions on Yorkshire identity and on Yorkshire devolution.
The report will be be published – appropriately – on Yorkshire Day, 1st August, but you can order a copy now.
This survey is the first part of an ongoing project – the Big Yorkshire Conversation – finding out what the people of Yorkshire think about issues affecting them and the future of God’s own Country.
It also provides a valuable insight for decision makers and businesses wanting to be in tune with the Yorkshire people.
A pdf of the report will be emailed to you soon after publication on 1st August 2021.
