David, a Member Of The Ancient And Honourable Guild Of Town Criers, has held the record for ‘The Loudest Recorded Town Crier’s Proclamation’ with 114.8 decibels, since 2013.
He brought Leeds City Square to attention on Monday morning, 14th June, with the clarity and power of his important announcement on behalf of Q Hotels Group.
Following David’s Cry, General Manager Alistair Campbell and Paul Priest of Q Hotels invited the Lord Mayor Of Leeds, Councillor Asghar Khan, to officially reopen the Hotel and cut the ceremonial ribbon.
